Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center
Corporate Architecture experience with the challenges of large scale development in Atlanta, GA
The Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center includes a 24-story tower with a 1,600-car garage at its base, and a 10-story building along Broad Street, adjacent to the 1924 Rich’s Department Store.
The tower and the 10-story building are connected by a six-story “bridge” building over Forsyth Street. The resultant campus is home to 18 Federal Government agencies, and is considered the largest government-owned facility in the southern US region.
