Construction Administration

During the construction and installation phase DBB Architecture PC will assist in obtaining building permits, review shop drawings and submittals, and monitor the communications between the Construction Manager and interior furnishings vendors. We will provide periodic on-site observation of construction, and the installation of the furnishings and attend regular construction meetings. We will review contractor applications for payment and requests for change orders.

At the time of Substantial Completion of construction and installation of the furnishings, we will prepare lists of items that we have observed as requiring remedial work or replacement. Our experience with administration of complex projects will ease concerns for our clients, and also expedite the resolution of contractor generated inquiries.
