The Atlanta Federal Center is located in Downtown Atlanta. The complex occupies the site of the historic Rich's Department Store.
The project includes a 24-story tower with a 1,600-car garage at its base, and a 10-story building along Broad Street, adjacent to the 1924 Rich's Department Store.
The tower and the 10-story building are connected by a six-story “bridge” building over Forsyth Street. The resultant campus is home to 18 Federal Government agencies, and is considered the largestgovernment-owned facility in the southern US region.
