DBB Architecture, P.C. collaborated with other consulting firms led by Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM) on the design and construction of the Public Safety Answer Center II facility for the New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), located in the Bronx.

The PSAC II accommodates emergency dispatch services for the New York Police Department (NYPD), the Fire Department of New York (FDNY), along with the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DOITT).

DBB Architecture PC led the PSAC II team on all egress, life safety and code compliance issues.

PSAC II became operational in 2017.
